My main training is in systemic psychotherapy that is a strength based approach and has as its core belief that problems and their solutions are understood and explored within relationships with others and the world around us. Other interests and training include attachment and mentalization, as well as behavioural approaches to relationships.
Rainela Consulting enjoys collaboration with a range of professionals of different modalities and our varied approaches and interests are used to match every particular need and request.
